Reset your Microsoft 365 password

If your password stopped working or you were asked to change it, you can reset it yourself in about two minutes. You'll need your phone handy for the verification step.

Step by step

  1. Go to office.com and sign in with your work email.
  2. Click your initials or photo in the top-right corner, then Account.
  3. Choose Password → Change password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new one twice.
  5. Approve the notification on your phone to confirm.

New passwords must be at least 12 characters. If you're locked out completely, reply to your CreativeTechs ticket and we'll send a reset link.
